Is international shipping available?

Shipping is currently only available to the UK.

Can I change the delivery address?

The delivery address can be changed after the order is placed but not after the confirmation of shipping email has been sent.

To change the delivery of your order, please email ameliamargotuk@gmail.com or send me a direct message on Instagram (@ameliamargot_ceramics) with your order number and the new address.

How long will my order take to ship?

Once your order has been placed, your item will be shipped within 5 working days.

All orders are posted 2nd Class Tracked and should arrive with you 3-5 days after shipping.

Returns

Can I get a refund or return?

We do not currently offer refunds or returns for change of mind.

If my order arrives broken, can I get a refund?

If your order arrives broken, please email ameliamargotuk@gmail.com. Please include clear photos of the breakages as well as the delivery note and packaging.

Once you receive confirmation from ameliamargotuk@gmail.com, your item will be remade* and replaced.

If you wish to receive a refund instead, a refund for the broken item will be sent to the bank account that you purchased from.

*Unfortunately, remaking the item can take up to 6 weeks due to the process of creating ceramic pieces.

Care

Are they dishwasher safe?

Yes, all Amelia Margot Ceramic’s are dishwasher safe. However, use of dishwasher will fade the colours over time and therefore it is always recommended to hand wash.

Are they microwave safe?

Yes, all Amelia Margot Ceramic’s are microwave safe. However, to prolong the life of your piece it is always recommended to avoid microwave use or limit time.
